My Profile
My name is Lola Makinde and I am the Managing Director of ELM Career Coaching Ltd.
I am trained in Career Coaching and have a rich experience of career management having worked in Human Resources and Organisation Development for private and public organisations as a Senior HR and OD practitioner for over 20 years. I have also served as a Non-Executive Director for various organisations as a coach.
