ELM Career Coaching offers Career coaching packages designed to help you get a really clear idea on what you want from your career, giving you the opportunity to finally move into a job that makes you feel fulfilled and that your work has a purpose.
Coaching provides you with the dedicated time and space to sit with someone objective, working together on really defining your career options and putting into place an action plan to help you achieve them.
Clients gain direction, focus, and clarity from working with ELM Career Coaching, leaving them less overwhelmed and confused about their future. By exploring your values, personality, strengths, and work preferences, you will know you are moving into a career that suits you personally.
Introductory Consultation (£30- £45)
- We encourage everyone to have this (£30) introductory consultation by telephone for 20 minutes. The aim is to hear a little about your situation, context and give you a sense of what career coaching might involve, so that we can co-create a contract if you decide to proceed.
- 40 minutes face to face by Skype, Zoom, or Face Time (£45). Introductory sessions are designed to further discuss your current situation, career goals, coaching expectations etc, and to help you decide if ELM Career Coaching is the right Career Coach for you.
- We will send you a questionnaire or a career timeline template that we will analyse before our meeting, this is We will use the strength tool to diagnose your strengths and help you to amplify these strengths in your transitional journey with us. (The questionnaire will attract an additional fee for use of the tool).
*Prices for 1-2-1 coaching sessions will be discussed with clients where needed*
Option 1: Telephone/Online
A typical session will last for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- 8 hours of Career Coaching (Career Explorer £1,000)
- 6 x 1 hour (Career Navigator) telephone, Zoom, or Face Time sessions: £850 upfront). We can also consider a payment plan.
- 4 Sessions x £150 - (£600 in total)
- 3 Sessions x £450
- 2 Sessions x £300
- Single session - £125 to £150
