Hi, I'm lola makinde
My name is Lola Makinde and I am the Managing Director of ELM Career Coaching Ltd. I am a Fellow of the CIPD, a member of ODNE, an affiliate member of CDI. I am also a freelance Career Coach.
I am trained in Career Coaching and have a rich experience of career management having worked in Human Resources and Organisation Development for private and public organisations as a Senior HR and OD practitioner for over 20 years. I have also served as a Non-Executive Director for various organisations as a coach.

We hope that you are keeping safe and well during these challenging times. We are living and working in a VUCA world (Violate, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity). We understand that the current circumstances have meant widespread job losses, loss of career identity, new ways of working, uncertainty surrounding job security and significant changes to job portfolios.
For the time being all our services are being delivered through virtual platforms, via Teams, Face Time or Zoom, this will be reviewed in the future.
We are highly experienced at delivering career coaching in this way having coached and counselled lots of clients via Blue Jeans, Teams or Zoom and online and are able to provide high quality support in a safe and secure space.
